Juliana Etland
I am excited to introduce my vision for the world of professional government contracting. As a recently retired federal law enforcement agent and federal prosecutor, I wanted to stay in my “wheelhouse” of protecting government assets, and hence, Shada was born. Although Shada is new right now, I have a vision for growing it in ways that will continue to focus on the ethics I hold dear. Shada consultants are hand-picked and recruited for their specific abilities and strengths, and for what they bring to the table. I want the name Shada to be associated with excellence: excellent candidates for positions, excellent work ethics, excellent results. -

From the inception of Shada, I was excited to put my operational experience to work. Shada is a small company with large reach, with consultants spanning across the country. Bringing over fifteen years of experience in operations and marketing, my goal is simple - make sure Shada runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish on each and every project we tackle. Whether long term, or a quick one off project I'm tasked with ensuring our people are ready and supported. With a passion for people, I'm always excited to add another great consultant to our portfolio. As Julie says, our vision is that each of them is our best recruiter for our newest talent. Did I mention Shada is now nationwide? As a New Orleans native, I now represent our Midwest presence having resided in Chicago for over a year now. Whether near or far, Shada is always where you need us!
