 I am excited to introduce my vision for the world of professional government contracting. As a recently retired federal law enforcement agent and federal prosecutor, I wanted to stay in my “wheelhouse” of protecting government assets, and hence, Shada was born.

When I was a agent, and then later a special prosecutor, I had a passion and zeal for protecting federal programs from fraud, waste, and abuse. It meant something to me, and at the end of the day I could point to specific cost savings or justice I had personally brought to these programs with my efforts. Entering retirement, I wanted to continue to harness that passionate and zealous protection of those programs, and Shada was the answer.

I have a vision for growing it in ways that will continue to focus on the ethics I hold dear. Shada consultants are hand-picked and recruited for their specific abilities and strengths, and for what they bring to the table. I want the name Shada to be associated with excellence: excellent candidates for positions, excellent work ethics, excellent results.

I also want those considering a career with Shada to associate excellence with it as well: excellent pay, excellent work environment, excellent support system, and a personal satisfaction that comes with a job well done. When people begin a career with Shada, my vision is that they enjoy it so much they become my best recruiters for new consultants.
